As a Care Professional, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that prioritises dignity, respect, and compassion.
✨ Your key responsibilities include:
- 💧 Personal care (bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, toileting, and grooming)
- 💊 Medication support (collecting prescriptions, providing reminders, and administration)
- 🍲 Meal preparation and nutrition (preparing tasty meals and mealtime assistance)
- 🚶 Mobility and equipment support (getting around safely, transfers, and using mobility aids)
- 🧺 Housekeeping (making/changing beds, laundry, tidying, light cleaning, and emptying commodes)
- 💬 Companionship and emotional support (providing a listening ear, engaging conversations, and outings)
✨ You’ll also:
- 🤝 Encourage social engagement and family connections
- 👀 Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
- 📝 Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- 🛡️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
- 🧩 Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
