💙 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, acting as a friendly face and a vital pillar of support. Following personalised care plans, your responsibilities will include:

  • 💧 Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming)
  • 💊 Medication support (preparation and administration)
  • 🍲 Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
  • 🚶 Mobility support and helping clients use equipment safely
  • 🧹 Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
  • 💬 Companionship, emotional support, and encouraging social engagement

📝 Digital Documentation (logging visits and reporting any health changes)

🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Assistant. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:

  • ✅ Reliability and a naturally caring, positive nature
  • ✅ Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
