What you'll do
We are looking for a compassionate care professional to provide 24-hour support as part of a clinically trained team, delivering person-centred care for an individual with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and monitor all clinical care, including tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, bowel and bladder management, medication, and moving and handling
- Recognise and respond to autonomic dysreflexia
- Support non-verbal communication using a spelling system
- Maintain accurate care records
About the Individual
- Lives with tetraplegia and requires full clinical support
- Communicates non-verbally
- Enjoys watching TV, using exercise pedals, and family visits
