🦸 What You’ll Need (Qualifications & Requirements)

Experience isn’t essential – we provide full training. What truly matters is your patience, encouragement, and positivity to help people achieve their goals. Because this is a new and growing contract, we are looking for dedicated individuals who bring:

  • ✅ Compassion and a strong motivation to help people live independently.
  • ✅ Excellent communication and keen observation skills.
  • ✅ Flexibility, resilience, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • ✅ The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer, we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
