We’re recruiting Care Assistants at Bentley Grange in Hailsham, supporting clients in their own homes. If you’re kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you — no experience required.

Bentley Grange is an Extra Care facility, designed to support independent living in a safe and caring environment. Residents are free to come and go, with staff available to assist with daily needs.

Pay rate: £12.50 (day rate) - £12.75 (weekends). Night rate is £12.50 (weekdays) - £12.75 (weekends). Overnight (Wake Rate) - £13.21 (Weekdays & Weekends)

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include personal care (such as continence support, washing, and dressing), medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks. More importantly, you’ll provide companionship, reassurance, and a sense of comfort to those you support.

We are now recruiting Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns, including both full-time and part-time roles. Our core shift pattern is 7:00am – 2:00pm and 4:00pm – 10:00pm, with alternative weekends.
