• Has experience in supporting children with SEND
• Has experience with SEMH
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and families to create inclusive learning environments
• Is adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute ideas to improve practice
• Ideally holds a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification.
