This role requires the following duties:

To ensure the hotel remains, clean, safe, secure and presentable throughout the night.

Working along side the Night Manager, your duties will be to carry out cleaning in public areas, conduct security patrols, assist guests when necessary and to support the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours.

• Work closely with the Night Manager
• Report maintenance, health and safety and security issues
• Maintain incident and patrol records
• Assist with conference, event and breakfast areas set ups when required

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in public  cleaning, housekeeping or customer service is essential
2. An ability to work independently and as part of a night team.
3. Applicant is required to be reliable, trustworthy and to be flexible with a customer focused approach
