- End-to-end management of the IT Director and CFO's diaries, inboxes, and daily schedules, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
- Coordination of domestic and occasional international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Acting as a key point of contact for both executives, managing and prioritising requests and communications.
- Coordinating meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
- Liaising professionally with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, suppliers, technology partners, auditors, and external business contacts.
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of board papers, leadership presentations, financial reports, and other confidential documentation.
- Handling sensitive commercial, financial, and technology-related matters with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Bring a strong understanding of the pace, confidentiality, and complexity of a PLC environment; experience supporting Finance, Technology, or Corporate Functions leaders would be advantageous.
- Be highly organised, resilient, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, colleagues, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Have advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and related business systems.
- Demonstrate sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
