A bit about what you will do...

Demi-Chef de Parties in our team help create a culinary experience for guests with an eye for detail and passion for flavours.

  • Assist with planning, ordering, preparing and creating delicious dishes.

  • Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.

  • Supervising, leading and training a team of commis chefs.

  • Ensures all health and safety practices are continually maintained and reported.

  • Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.

  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.

  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.

  • Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.

  • Degree or certificate in culinary arts a plus.
