About The Role

  • Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday Nights only (19:15 - 07:15)
  • Hourly Rate: £16.00 (paid weekly)

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent.

Life as an AMFRESH Line Leader:
  • You will drive production lines to meet daily orders efficiently
  • You will ensure products are produced and packaged safely.
  • You will motivate and develop your team to hit targets.
  • You will liaise with Quality and Technical teams to maintain standards.
  • You will uphold Health and Safety and report hazards.
  • You will manage General Operatives to follow line standards.
  • You will help train new starters, including Junior Line Leaders.
  • You will complete daily admin, track targets, and report issues.

About You

    • To be a successful Line Leader, the qualities we are looking for are:
      • Previous line leader/manager experience
      • Strong attention to detail with good KPI awareness.
      • Quick decision-maker who adapts well under pressure.
      • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
      • Food/FMCG production experience or eagerness to learn.
