  • Provide a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to all guests at the hotel.
  • Anticipate guest needs and action any requests.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Handle all reservations for accommodation and restaurants in a professional manner.
  • Prepare guest accounts accurately, prior to departure.
  • Always adhere to our Front of House customer care policy.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK
  • Smart personal presentation and polite and friendly manner
  • Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care
  • Previous experience as an Hotel Receptionist desirable but not essential
