  • Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standard, including hot and cold items, pastries, baps, and Grab & Go options
  • Manage section mise en place and ensure all ingredients are fresh, labelled, and stored correctly
  • Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and presentation standards
  • Assist in menu planning, contributing creative ideas and seasonal inspiration
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with suppliers for timely deliveries
  • Lead, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff during breakfast service
  • Ensure smooth service and coordination with front-of-house teams

Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury property
  • Strong knowledge of high-quality ingredients and modern breakfast techniques
  • Ability to produce consistently excellent dishes under pressure
  • Familiarity with HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Passion for creativity, presentation, and delivering luxury guest experiences
