We are looking for personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Demi Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference, banqueting and fine dining . You will get a chance to be creative and work with the finest ingredients and with a team that will nurture you for the future.
Job Type: 0 hours contract
Monday - Friday
Salary: £16.50 Ph
Key Responsibilities
- To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
- Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
- To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
- Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
- Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent standards
- Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
