We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at our vibrant new establishment.
Salary: available upon request
About the Chef de Partie role:
- Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
- Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
- Own your section within a growing Mediterranean kitchen, using fresh seasonal ingredients
- Opportunity to learn and develop and potential to progress to Junior Sous
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
Hours per week: Zero Hours
- Proven experience
- Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
- Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
