As a Barista at Searcys, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and expertly hand-crafted coffee. Taking ownership of the coffee bar, you will maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality while supporting the wider team and driving sales through excellent product knowledge and guest engagement.
Contract: Full Time & Part Time
Salary: £17.50 inclusive of Tronc
Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00
Open 7 days a week
Start date : 16th September
Key Responsibilities:
- To help set up the coffee bar, ready for each service
- Manage the overall beverage offer including cocktails, coffees, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
- To help with any clearing and general cleaning duties
- To check and put away any food and beverage after service
- To ensure wastage forms are completed
- To restock the fridge for the next day
- To ensure all labels and prices are correct
- To work on tills and following the Searcys cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on and proactive approach
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for food and beverage
- Excellent time management
- Strong organisational skills
