As a 3.5T Delivery Driver based in Great Yarmouth you’ll be responsible for:
Delivering a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes, within a radius of 40 miles.
Picking and packing orders and assisting with general warehouse duties
Offering excellent Customer Service at all time, including building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers ensuring they are a positive ambassador of the Wolseley brand
Unloading and loading on customers' premises, where required
Maintaining a good driving record, driving the vehicle safely and professionally at all times in accordance with the law
This is a permanent part time position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07.30am - 2pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Previous multidrop driving is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with PDA devices
To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch
Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
