Who we’re looking for

• Friendly, confident, and enjoys chatting with people

• Great team player with good decision-making skills

• Organised and flexible (weekends & holidays included)

• Some knowledge of food, wine & beer is a plus, but not essential

• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests and create a great first impression

• Take orders, serve drinks (hot, cold & alcoholic)

• Keep the restaurant & bar clean and inviting

• Support managers and deliver top-notch service, even when busy

• Take part in training and learn new skills
