Who we are

We are Travel Chapter, the holiday home people, and we’re on a mission to showcase great places to stay across the UK. From cosy cottages to coastal retreats, we connect guests with memorable stays while supporting property owners and local communities.

We’ve grown from a small South West agency into one of the UK’s market leaders, while keeping our family feel and people-first approach. As a certified B Corp, we are committed to balancing profit with purpose and doing what’s right for our people and places.

We value curiosity, care and collaboration. We empower our teams to explore ideas, be themselves and keep learning. Things don’t always go perfectly, but we take responsibility, learn from experience and always aim to do the right thing.

At Travel Chapter, we’re proud to be an inclusive organisation. If you require any reasonable adjustments for your interview, please let us know and our People Team will be in touch.
