The role of Head Bartender:

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the bar, including inventory, ordering and cleanliness.
• Oversee and work alongside the bar team for consistency in preparation, adhering to company standards of cocktails, beers and wines.
• Inspire the bar team to provide an exceptional guest service by engaging with patrons, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

As Head bartender, you'll bring:

• Mature work ethic in a similar setting, confidently acting as a point of reference, effectively communicating with and safely leading the bar team.
