We are looking for a highly motivated professional Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.

Welcome to The Retreat at Elcot Park – a beautifully refurbished country house hotel with 55 stylish rooms, buzzing restaurants, a luxe spa and guests who love great food and great service. We can offer free parking on-site to our teams, as well as a generous Tronc of about £3,000 per year, paid monthly with your normal pay, (if you work full time, pro rata amount for part-time) from your first day at work!

As part of our housekeeping team, our Room Attendants ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved throughout our beautiful bedrooms and public areas giving our guests the best possible experience.

• We don't necessarily need experience - just a great can do attitude!
• Pride in what you do and have a keen eye for detail.
• You will be passionate about offering standards of excellence to our guests.
• Have a natural ability for delivering a warm and friendly welcome.
• Have a genuine desire to go the extra mile to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Be a team player and able to communicate both to our guests and other team members.
• Have a willingness to learn and develop, be hungry to learn!
