Our Family Hubs offer a local support centre for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years, (aged 25 with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)). They are a place:to get help, information, advice, guidance and support to overcome difficulties and build stronger relationships. that provides a multiagency offer that can be accessed face to face or virtually. We have a post available for 14.5 hours per week at Lichfield Family Hub, WS13 7PHHours of work: Wednesday 08:30-17:00Thursday 08:30-16:30
