A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic and skilled Care Improvement Partner to provide practical guidance and action to improve care quality to meet CQC, legislative, registration and organisational requirements. Your role <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Provide expertise, detailed understanding and practical guidance on regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regimes and action to ensure achievement of CQC, legislative and organisational requirements and service delivery requirement</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ensure the highest level of care standards are maintained at all times through quality improvements, assessments, monitoring throughout the business demonstrating learning and sharing best practice. </li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments across the business to ensure continuous improvements and high standards of care quality. </li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">To represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events as and when requi…
