We’re proud winners of the 2025 Nursing Times Award for Care of Older People and the 2025 Care Home Awards Best for Training and Development, and Outstanding Larger Care Home Group.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic and skilled Care Improvement Partner to provide practical guidance and action to improve care quality to meet CQC, legislative, registration and organisational requirements.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Your role</span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide expertise, detailed understanding and practical guidance on regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regimes and action to ensure achievement of CQC, legislative and organisational requirements and service delivery requirement</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure the highest level of care standards are maintained at all times through quality improvements, assessments, monitoring throughout the business demonstrating learning and sharing best practice. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments across the business to ensure continuous improvements and high standards of care quality. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events as and when required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with residential and nursing home colleagues to ensure the effective use of systems and processes including compliance with policies and procedure </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide support and guidance to ensure the effective practical application of theoretical principles and training concepts, acting as a role model for excellence in the delivery of care practices and standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain knowledge and expertise in care standards, regulatory compliance requirement and internal policy and procedures. </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Your skills</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent similar as proof of continued professional development </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Full, current driving license</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven relevant leadership and management experience in the care sector </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven experience in care, in a residential environment </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Detailed understanding of regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regime</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience of change management and/or managing challenged services </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven ability to manage effective delivery of projects</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Compassionate and clear leadership skills </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication skills including understa…
