About The Role

Would you like to join us as a Despatch Operative? In this role you will help prepare products for delivery in a busy food production site. You will work on the despatch line to make sure orders are packed correctly, checked carefully, and ready to leave on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products safely and accurately on the despatch line.
• Check labels, dates, and product quality.
• Make sure orders are complete and ready for delivery.
• Move trays, boxes, and stock safely around the work area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rules.
• Report any product or equipment issues to the team leader.
• Help keep the despatch area clean and organised.
• Work closely with other team members to meet daily targets.
