About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. Working as part of our friendly Housekeeping team, you'll prepare guest accommodation to the exceptional standards that have helped make Potters Resorts the UK's Number One Fully Inclusive Resort.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role where you'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift. You'll be required to work efficiently to strict daily room turnaround deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently high cleaning standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms and communal accommodation areas to an exceptional standard.
  • Making and changing beds, replacing bed linen and towels, and replenishing guest amenities.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing and sanitising all areas of guest accommodation.
  • Checking rooms carefully to ensure they meet our presentation standards before guests arrive.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues, damages or lost property promptly.
  • Following all cleaning procedures, COSHH guidance and health & safety policies.
  • Working efficiently to meet daily room turnaround targets without compromising quality.
  • Supporting your colleagues to ensure all accommodation is ready on time for arriving guests.
  • Providing a friendly and helpful service whenever interacting with guests around the resort.

    Hours:

    • 9am - 3pm Monday and Friday only (12 hours per week)

    Pay - £10.85 - £12.71 (depending on age)

    Immediate start available for the right candidate.

    • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
    • The ability to work in a physically demanding role involving lifting, bending, stretching and prolonged periods on your feet.
    • Good time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • A reliable team player who is happy to support colleagues when needed.
    • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
