Team Leader Role Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Leader to join our Business Support Service, delivering high-quality, efficient and effective Executive Support to the Leadership team. This vital role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, adaptable and comfortable getting involved in day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will bring extensive Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting senior managers, with a positive approach to challenges. They will be self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks effectively and possess excellent organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills. Stakeholder engagement will be key to success in this role, alongside a genuine passion for delivering excellence.

This role will work from various sites across the City to include Ballard House, Council House and Crownhill Court in Plymouth to support staff and the Leadership Team.

Please note, this position is not suitable for flexible working due to the needs of the service.
