About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Varied, please note: shifts will include 0900AM starts and 21:00PM finishes
Here at Chessington World of Adventures, our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Washroom Cleaners to join the team! This is a fixed term contract until Mid-November 2026. You will be given a minimum of 5 hours per week, however as per your availability, we can offer, part-time, full-time and/or weekend work.
As a Washroom Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the washrooms in the resort, ensuring that the park is looking presentable to our guests at all times. Daily duties include, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, recycling, cleaning and maintaining Alton Towers washrooms to a high standard.
Day To Day This Role Will Include:
- Ensuring all areas of Washroom facilities are presented to the highest standard
- Complete audits and fill in relevant paperwork
- Daily duties include, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, recycling, cleaning and maintaining Alton Towers washrooms to a high standard.
- Cleaning of toilets, mirrors, hand basins and floors.
- Checking supplies are readily available and all equipment is in working order.
- Experience working in cleaning service or related industry would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to commit to a seasonal contract until November 2026
- Flexibility with availability for shifts
- Excellent customer service skills as you may be required to assist guests where possible to ensure our guests have a magical and memorable day out.
