Ideally, youve held a Team Leader role thats equipped you with the essential skills and understanding to succeed here. Radiology experience is desirable and previous experience working in a medical setting is essential. And, of course, youre also dedicated to providing the highest standard of care.You will also have good communication skills and ideally the knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology.As a Radiology Administration Team Leader, you will:Ensure the work within the area of administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.Participate in the induction, training and mentoring of new staffEnsure that work is carried out to deadlines and within agreed working practices and proceduresAssist with the co-ordination, monitoring and use of staff resources across the locationHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
