A bit about what you will do...

Chef de parties in our teams create a culinary experience for our guests through an eye for detail and passion for flavours.

  • Running a busy section in the kitchen.

  • Ability to cook delicious dishes to a very high standard.

  • Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.

  • Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
