You’ll be joining us at our Shipley practice, Rosse street practice , Crowgill Park, Bradford, BD18 3SN
The working pattern for this role is :
Monday 07:45 - 17:15 ( lunch 1hr)
Tuesday: 14:15 - 20:15 (no lunch)
Wednesday: 07:45 - 20:15 (lunch 1hr)
Friday: 07:45-17:00 (lunch 1hr)
Saturday 08:45-14:15 (no lunch)
Thursday + Sunday (off)

What you'll be doing
- Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
- Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
- Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
- Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
About you
- Friendly, caring and compassionate
- Organised; can multitask and work towards KPI’s
- Great at building relationships
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
- Confident at working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to diffuse challenging situations
- Able to learn about our services
