Gaining valuable experience of an exciting and high-performing workplace, while developing essential skills that will last you a lifetime. The programme has been carefully designed to help prepare you for the world of work, whether youre just starting out or want to brush up your skills after a break, or career change. As well as developing essential skills like teamwork, problem solving, leadership and setting goals, youll have the chance to practise key employability skills like writing CVs, job applications, and answering interview questions.
