As an overnight cleaner, you will be requires to remove items of equipment to clean and sanitize these items and clean down equipment ready for the next new day. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
