A bit about what you will do...

Spa Receptionists in our team play a pivotal role in creating a serene and enjoyable experience for our spa guests. Contributing to the overall feeling of well-being and relaxation.

  • Greet our guests with a warm welcome as they arrive at the spa.

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process creating a friendly impression.

  • Ensure accurate scheduling of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.

  • Performing various administrative tasks such as processing payments, handling phone calls, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.
