A bit about what you will do...

Commis Chefs are an integral part of our Kitchen team, and they embrace every opportunity to help contribute to creating delicious food for our guests.

  • Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to the required high standards.

  • Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.

  • Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.
