Do you want to support a vulnerable gentleman to live his life to the fullest? 🙌
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting one gentleman in his day to day life. The person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best life possible with him.Shift Requirement: Days only - working different days each week and including some weekends Contract: 27 hours per week - permanent Driving License Required? What You'll Be Doing
The gentleman we support loves:
- Swimming
- Going out on the bus
- Home-based activities - for example PS5 gaming, cooking and cleaning
- Medication & personal care
- Appointments & finances
