Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

I live in a two bed home based in LE3 with local shops nearby with good transport links. I love to go to charity shops and the Fosse Park for lunch and some shopping. What you'll be doing I have come a long way in the last couple of years and become more independent with cooking, I love to go on holiday, Skegness in particular and also wish to continue with my journey of independence. I love my home and making improvements. I enjoy getting my steps up and going on a walk, an adventure on the bus and many other things. To support me effectively my team have learning disability training. Shift patterns: 07:30-14:30-22:00, Sleep is 22:00-07:30.

About you:

What we're looking for We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
