Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 1 Lady with varying different needs

I am a bubbly, energetic, and friendly young woman who loves expressing myself and staying active in my local community. I enjoy getting out in the car, exploring new places, and taking part in outdoor activities that keep me busy and engaged.

Staff who remain calm, grounded, and reassuring

Clear communication about what is happening and what to expect

Space when I need it, or soothing sensory input to help me settle
