Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support worker across two supported living service in St Helens
Our Support Needs & Challenges
You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge and physical disabilities to thrive in their own home!
Our Shifts: Monday to Friday, Flexibility required to cover the needs of the service
Shift Requirement: Days
Contract: Permanent - 37.5 hours per week
UK Driving License Required? Preferred

About YouYou’ll already have experience in a health or social care setting and:
- Be positive, proactive, and approachable
- Have experience developing and managing intensive support plans
- Be committed to helping people feel part of their local community
- Feel comfortable using basic IT systems
To succeed in this role, you’ll hold a relevant professional qualification, such as:
- NVQ Level 3 or above - Desirable
- Must have the relevant experience
