We need Passionate, Reliable, Bank Support Workers who are located in Leicester (LE2) £13.12 per hour — make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support. You will need to be fully flexible to so sleep-shifts built into the rota.

We’re particularly looking for experienced female Bank Support Workers for this service (this role is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010).

Once on shift, you’ll be based in one location, giving you the chance to focus on what matters most — supporting people to live their best lives.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

You will need experience in working with people with Mental Health for this Bank Support Worker role based in Leicester LE2. There are varied interests in the services, and we want a team that shares the same hobbies as the people we support. If you enjoy having a pamper, going swimming or on a long walk then this might be the perfect role for you! The role involves supporting people to achieve their aspirational goals and to become more independent and make their own choices each day. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010”
