Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers to work within a well-established service, supporting 1 gentleman. This service will be supporting them with daily living, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence. The person supported here has Autism and Learning Disabilities and has support 24 hours per day, but they also love visiting the local community - especially getting out and about and to charity shops They would like their staff team to be quieter but with a dry, sarcastic sense of humour. At this service there are a core staff team on shift at any one time - these include day shifts and also nights too.

About you:
