Working closely with the Service Leader and Advanced Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting a vulnerable gentleman in his day to day life. The person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on helping him achieve independence and to live the best life possible.Our Shifts: 7am - 7pm | 7pm - 7am (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for days with some occasional night shifts
Contract: We can offer a permanent contracts of 36 hours per week
UK Driving License Required? Yes and willingness to drive the house vehicle (automatic)
