Our 64-place nursery is set across four single-storey barns in a beautiful woodland setting, giving our team and children opportunities to learn and explore beyond the nursery room.

About the role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important part in giving our children the best start in life.

You’ll create fun and engaging experiences that support children’s learning and development, build strong relationships with children and their families, and bring your own ideas and personality to the room.

With woodland, Forest School and an onsite farm on your doorstep, there are plenty of opportunities to take learning beyond the nursery room.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare and a genuine passion for working with children.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, brings enthusiasm and ideas to their role and wants to continue developing their Early Years career.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
