Chef de Partie, Central Production Unit

We have a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our team at our Central Production Unit. To be considered for the role, you will have a few years of experience working as a Chef de Partie in a high end restaurant, kitchen, or production environment, and be comfortable working at pace and with volume.

This role is based at our Central Production Unit, the engine room behind all of our restaurants, where you will help prepare and produce the dishes, sauces, and specialities that supply our sites across London. Working hours run from morning to a latest finish of 7pm, with one double shift included and at least two weekends off each month.
