Blackpool Transport is on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our award-winning light rail team as Tram Driver-Conductors!This is more than just a job, it’s a chance to play a key role in the future of transport on the legendary Blackpool seafront, now connecting to Blackpool North Railway Station via an extension from the main line.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A full UK car driving licence (no more than 6 points)✅ At least 12 months of regular driving experience
✅ The ability to pass a PCV medical and assessment tests
✅ A commitment to a 6-week training programme
✅ A safety-first mindset, a flexible approach, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Your Role:
As a Tram Driver-Conductor, you’ll be at the heart of Blackpool’s transport network, delivering a safe, comfortable, and reliable service for thousands of passengers. You'll provide top-tier customer service, keeping passengers informed and ensuring they have a smooth journey along the stunning coastline.Tram Drivers work on a Rota of 5 days over 7 and we offer full time guaranteed hours.
You may start as a Conductor before progressing to Tram Driver training.
