About the role

Delivery Driver / Multi-Drop Van Driver (3.5T)

Salary: £26,540 per annum plus up to £450 quarterly bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 from 7 days. 5.30am starts.

Join us as a Delivery Driver and play a key role in getting fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers across your route. You'll complete multi-drop deliveries, provide great service at each stop and help make sure our customers receive their orders safely, accurately and on time.

This is more than a driving role. You'll be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers every day, building strong relationships and making sure every delivery is handled with care. What you'll be doing

  • Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across your route
  • Delivering fresh and multi-temperature food products safely and on time
  • Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
  • Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand professionally
  • Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Following delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Making sure all deliveries are completed in line with company and food safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes)
  • Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver or similar role is beneficial
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
