Main Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative RolesReceiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Ensuring all stock is handled safely and efficiently
Operating warehouse equipment (following training)
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
Completing documentation accurately and timely as required
Complying with company health and safety policies at all times
Warehouse Operative Skills and Experience Required
Previous warehouse, logistics, or similar experience is desirable but not essential
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods
Basic IT skills are an advantage
