Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and assessment of new store opportunities, assisting with site appraisals, property analysis and acquisition business cases.
- Assist with rent reviews, lease renewals and regear negotiations, preparing supporting information, financial assessments and market evidence.
- Help manage a portfolio of trading stores, ensuring property records are maintained, lease obligations are monitored and landlord enquiries are resolved.
- Produce financial appraisals, investment papers, portfolio reports and commercial analysis to support property decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, surveyors and solicitors while coordinating actions across multiple live projects and transactions.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property, Surveying or a related discipline, with MRICS qualification in progress or recently achieved.
- Previous experience within commercial property, retail estates, agency, asset management or a related property environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret data and support commercially sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Organised, commercially aware and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced and growing business.
