BAM UK & Ireland are recruiting cleaner to join our FM segment of the business and to be based out of Inclusion Housing in Blackburn Working 17.5 hours per week 4 on 4 off rolling rota - 3.00pm -8.00pm

Pay: £12.98 Per Hour.

• Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
• Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
• Clean and maintain waste bins.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
• Lock rooms after cleaning.
• Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
• Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
