About The Role

Are you an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager looking for your next challenge?

We’re looking for a proven Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our night-shift operation on a 4 on / 4 off pattern.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. You’ll take full ownership of your shift, ensuring products move safely, accurately and efficiently while creating a positive, high-performing environment for your team.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading warehouse operations and delivering productivity, accuracy and service targets.
  • Motivating, coaching and developing a large operational team.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance.
  • Managing attendance, performance and other people processes.
  • Running effective shift briefings and handovers.
  • Resolving operational issues and making confident decisions under pressure.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and shift performance

About You

You will be an established Warehouse Shift Manager with experience leading a large team in a demanding, high-volume operation.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience working at Warehouse Shift Manager level.
  • Experience within a high-volume retail-supply, food or FMCG environment.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements.
  • Confident people-management experience, including attendance and performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to take full ownership of night-shift performance.
