What you will be doing:
- Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.
- Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Working alongside the Spa team of receptionists and fitness instructors in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type – Full-time, Part-time and Casual Positions. Availability to work Monday – Friday and weekends and holiday periods.
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/ Level 3 /ITEC
